摘要
过对矿用工字钢支架在我国不同矿区、不同煤矿和不同巷道地质条件下所表现出的不同变形破坏特征的分析研究,在广泛征求专家意见、参考国外文献的基础上,提出了矿用工字钢截面设计的评价指标.运用设计约束、模糊决策及计算机技术对矿用工字钢截面进行了优化设计.新型矿用工字钢的材料利用率明显提高,从而能显著降低巷道支护成本.
Based on experts′ opinions and referred to foreign documents, the evaluation index of cross section design of mine I steel is put forward, through analysis and study of various deformation characteristics of mine I steel supports used in different areas, mines and roadway conditions. The optimized design of cross section of mine I steel is conducted by using design restrain, fuzzy decision making and computer technology. The material use ratio improved and the cost of roadway support is evidently reduced.
