摘要
对垂直煤仓整体溜动卸煤技术的理论进行了探讨,分析了该技术的基本原理和技术参数.如:卸煤能力、控制循环最短时间、活动门受力及整机功率等参数.并研制出提高无烟煤块率的设备;该设备采用了计算机自动控制,增强了设备的环境适应性.经工业性试验证明基本原理正确,技术参数合理,块率提高至少3%,取得了明显的经济效益.由此说明。
The theory of moving coal off loading technique is studied, the fundamental principle and technical parameter including coal off loading capacity, the shortest time of control circulation, movable door stress, power of complete equipment and so on was analysed, and the equipment used to improve anthracite lump coal yield is developed. The environmental adaptation of the equipment was enhanced by adopting the technique of computer automatic control. Through industrial test, it indicates that the principle is correct, its technical parameter was rational, lump coal yield was improved by at least 3%, and economic benefit has received. Thus, it indicates that this new technique has a good application prospect.
