日本城市公园绿地管理发展研究

The Study on Management Development of Japan City Parks and Open Space

近年来中国经济的迅速腾飞,促进了园林绿地建设的快速发展,显著改善了人们的生活环境,在建设完成后,随之面临的将是管理问题,于是公园绿地管理成为重要课题。日本在1956年制定《城市公园法》促进了公园绿地发展,随后进行了部分修正,掀起了新一轮公园建设和管理高潮。通过对日本公园绿地管理历史背景与发展的研究,试图分析其主要特征,为我国公园绿地管理的决策、实践、研究工作提供参考。

In recent years China＇s rapidly soaring economy has promoted the rapid construction of green open space,noticeably improving people＇s living environment. The process of construction and completion raises the problem of management. Park green space management will become an important topic. In 1956,Japan enacted the ＂City Park Law＂ to promote the development of green park space,the subsequent partial revision of which has led to a new round of park construction and management high point. Through researching the historical perspective and the development of Japanese green park space management,this paper tries to analyze and make clear its main features. It is hoped that this will become the reference for China green park space management decision-making,practice,and research.
