摘要
本文首先分析了国内外人力资源评价的研究现状,在相关文献的基础上建立了人力资源评价的指标体系。由于人力资源评价指标的模糊性,本文基于语言变量建立了语言评价矩阵和语言指标权重矩阵,然后将语言评价矩阵转化成三角模糊矩阵,利用三角模糊数的相关运算,构造加权三角模糊矩阵,再利用TOPSIS方法,计算人力资源评价各方案与理想解和负理想解的距离以及每个方案的相对接近度,根据相对接近度的大小确定各方案的优劣排序,最后结合人力资源应用实例分析说明了评价体系和评价方法的有效性。
This paper firstly analyzes the worldwide situation of the human resources evaluation study. On the foundation of relative literatures, evaluation indicators system of the human resources is constructed. Because the evaluation indicators are fuzzy, this paper constructs the evaluation matrix and weight matrix of the indicators. Then the TOPSIS method is used to calculate the distances between each project and ideal solution and negative ideal solution and the relative adjacent degree of each project in the evaluation of the human resources. According to the relative adjacent degree, the order of the projects is confirmed. At last, a practical case is used to show the validity of the evaluation system and method.
