Universities Clusters:the Nature and the Research Perspective of Universities Gathering

高校集聚现象是高等教育领域的一个普遍现象,目前的相关研究由于缺乏对其本质的认识而缺乏普遍的解释力。透视高校集聚现象可以发现,在高校集聚体内地理和组织上临近的高校之间可以通过正式和非正式关系使各种资源得到有效的交流、共享和整合,从而获得明显的经济优势和知识创新优势。可以说,集群是高校集聚现象的本质特征。高校集群概念的引入不仅凸现了高校集聚现象的本质,更有助于统一现有的研究,在高等教育领域引入一个全新的研究视角,使产业集群理论向非经济领域的迁移成为可能,将高校集聚现象的研究逐步推向深入。

Universities＇ gathering was the universal phenomenon in higher education field. But the related researches can＇t entirely explain this phenomenon because of the lake of the research about its nature. From the analyses of the phenomenon of universities＇ gathering, it can be found universities in the universities gathering which are close to each other in geography and the organization level communicate , share and integrate the resources to gain the economic effectiveness and the advantage of knowledge by the networks which is composed by the normal and informal relationship. Therefore, we can say the nature of universities gathering is clusters. The concept of universities clusters not only can reflect the nature of universities gathering, but also can unity and propel the related research of universities gathering by providing a new research perspective and transferring the clusters theories to the field of universities＇gathering.
