The New Rural Building in the View of the Relation between Rural and City

新农村建设的目标是对农村进行现代化改造。城市是经济发展的引擎和现代化的动力。城市反哺农村是新农村建设的根本途径。"以城带乡"而论,新农村建设有三种模式:近郊的城市化或称城乡一体化;远郊的小城镇化;偏僻山区的生态化。所以说,新农村建设的目标是农村,但出路在城市。统筹城乡协调发展,构建城乡共同经济社会空间,是新农村建设的根本出路。

The purpose of the new rural building is to achieve the modernization of rural areas and improving their wealth and the spiritual and cultural quality of life. In the view of the relation between Rural and City, the rural areas of the building have three modes： the outskirt of the city is the urban and rural integration; suburb of city is small urbanization; remote or mountainous areas where transportation is inconvenient, implements the ecological model. Cities are the engine of economic development and modernization of power. Therefore, the goal of building new countryside is rural areas, but the way is in the city. The coordinated development of urban and rural, and construction of the common economic and social space, which is the fundamental for the new rural building.
