摘要
研究了一种制备氯化橡胶的人工胶乳新方法。采用氯苯作为溶剂,溶解天然橡胶后,加入一定量乳化剂和水,制备人工胶乳体系,然后通氯气进行反应,并通过乙醇醇析得到产品。考察了HLB值,乳化剂种类、用量和油水比对乳液体系稳定性的影响,考察了不同体系的氯化反应过程和乙醇脱溶剂过程。实验结果表明,合适的反应条件为:HLB=14,w(Span80+Tween80)=0.4%,油水比为1∶7.5或w(Span80+LAS)=0.3%,油水比为1∶3,在常压,60℃下,反应时间10-12 h。
A novel process of preparing chlorinated rubber using man-made emulsion proces was studied. Mono chlorobenzene(C6H5Cl) was used as solvent, and natural rubber was dissalved in it to create a rubber solution. Then, certain emulsifier and water into the rubber solution to prepare a man-made emulsion system. Chlorine gas was introduced into the system continually during reaction time. The products were separated through ethanol precipitation. The effects of HLB, type of emulsifier and its amount and oil-water ratio on emulsion stability as well as the chlorination reaction of different system and the latter ethanol separation process were investigated. Experimental results showed the optinal conditions were 60 ℃, normal pressure, reaction time 10-12 h, HLB=14, oil-water ratio of 1 : 7.5 for w(Span80+ Tween80) =0.4%, or oil-water ratio of 1 : 3 for w(Span80+LAS) =0.3%.
