在“黄麦岭基建项目管理信息系统ＨＭ－ＭＩＳ”的基础上，利用先进的计算机辅助管理决策技术决策支持系统（ＤＳＳ）开发了露天矿基建决策支持系统。并在计算机网络上成功地实现了用计算机帮助基建单位解决人事、工程和财务等方面的统筹和分层次管理决策问题。

Based on the “Management Information system for Huangmailing Capital Construction Project”, the Decision Support System for Capital Construction of open pit is developed by means of the advanced computer aided management decision technology — Decision Support System (DSS). With the help of the computer, the management and decision problems of all administrative levels can be successfully solved in such fields as personnel, projects and financial affairs through the computer network.
