摘要
采用电子精密材料试验机通过压剪强度(力学性能)测试考察了钠钾物质的量比及pH对硅酸盐防腐胶黏剂性能的影响,得到了硅酸盐防腐胶黏剂的适宜配方(质量分数):混合胶料(钠钾物质的量比为2)为32%~35%,固化剂(二氧化硅)为25%,填料(三氧化二铝)及其他辅料为35%,水为5%~8%,pH控制在12附近。采用电位-pH图分析了制备的硅酸盐胶黏剂对基材铁及其合金的腐蚀程度,结果表明其具有低腐蚀性的特点。
Effects of amount-of-substance ratio of Na to K and pH on performances of anti-corrosive silicate adhesive were investigated by testing compression shear strength(mechanical property) through electron precision material test machine,and an appropriate formula(mass fraction) for anti-corrosive silicate adhesive was gained.Namely,mixture binder(amount-of-substance ratio of Na to K is 2) was 32%~35%,curing agent(SiO2) was 25%,filling(Al2O3) and other accessories were 35%,water was 5%~8%,and pH was about 12. Corrosion experiments on the prepared adhesive have been done by using analyzing method of potential - pH chart. Results showed that the adhesive has little corrosion to adhesive interface.
