摘要 简述了中国黄磷生产用磷矿现状、伍德粉矿烧结技术和伍德烧结改进型技术。计算了黄磷生产全部用块矿,或全部用磷矿粉烧结,或块矿与部分(粉矿)烧结矿按比例搭配的原料成本,结果表明:采用新型烧结技术可使黄磷生产的原料磷矿成本和电耗进一步降低。指出:在磷矿资源日趋贫化、枯竭,矿、电价格不断上涨的今天,磷矿粉应回收利用或使用新技术烧结利用。 Current status of phosphorus ore applied to produce yellow phosphorus in China, Wood fine ore sintering technology,and improved Wood sintering technology were briefly introduced. Raw material sintering costs of all using lump ore, all using fine ore, or lump ore and fine ore mixed with a proportion to produce yellow phosphorus were calculated. Results showed that the new sintering technology can further reduce ore cost and electricity consumption of yellow phosphorus production. It also pointed out that phosphorus ore resources become depletion and exhaustion day by day and prices of ore and electricity keep on increasing at present, phosphorus ore powder should be reused or using new sintering technology to make use of it.
