摘要
建立了以甲基磺酸(MSA)和乙腈混合淋洗,离子交换色谱分离.非抑制电导检测,分析分离啤酒中阳离子和胺类化合物的方法.色谱条件经优化.在25min内分离出啤酒中的7种阳离子和胺类化合物,方法的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为94.31%~109.9%和0.10%~1.2%.
An ion chromatography method with non-suppressed conductivity detection was developed for simultaneous determination of amine compounds and inorganic cations in beer by using MSA/acetonitrile as eluents. The results indicated that 7 kinds of amine compounds and inorganic cations in beer were separated in 25 rain. The method is simple and rapid. The recoveries and relative standard deviations are 94.31%- 109.90% and 0.10%- 1.2%, respectively.
