摘要
采用差示扫描量热法对PE/PP和PE/PET两种复合热熔纤维的热性能进行分析,并分别将两种复合热熔纤维与植物纤维混抄。结果表明,两种复合热熔纤维在纸张中分布均匀,所抄纸张具有较好的热封性能;随着复合热熔纤维用量的增加,纸张的热合强度升高,但纸张强度降低。
The thermo properties of two types of thermal-melting fiber ( PE/PP and PE/PET) were investigated by DSC analysis. A specialty paper was prepared by co-forming the thermal-melting fiber with the plant fibers. The results showed that the thermal-melting fibers were uni- formly distributed in the sheet and the prepared paper had fairly good heat-sealing performance. The sealing strength increased and the mechanical strength decreased when the content of thermal-melting fibers increased.
