与水质达标相比,污水处理的经济成本问题易被忽视。建立成本统计台账,对电耗、药耗、污泥处理费、维修费等项目进行统计,测算生产成本,并依此查找漏损,节能降耗,才能做到精细化、成本化管理污水厂。

Compared to the wastewater quality up-to-standard, the economic cost for sewage treatment is often overlooked. It is therefore suggested that the refined and cost-effective management of sewage treatment plants can be achieved by establishing accounts for cost statistics, counting power consumption, chemicals consumption, sludge and maintenance fees, controlling leakage and loss, estimating production costs, saving energy and reducing consumption.
