摘要
在教育经费方面,我国以占世界公共教育经费总数1.4%的财力支持着22.9%的世界教育人口。财政压力大、可供支配范围有限,这决定了要发展我国的教育事业就必须大力引进民间资本。美国成功的私立教育法制体系促进了各级私立学校的发展,研究美国私立教育投资调控政策与法律问题对我国民办教育立法,促进民办教育事业的发展具有现实指导作用。
Educational outlay is important basis for the development of educational project.China has spent 1.4% of world public educational outlay on 22.9% of educational population in the world.Civil capitals must be introduced to develop our educational project due to poor finance and limited control scope.Successful legal system of American private education promotes the development of private schools at all levels.So it is directive for improving our civil educational legislation and promoting the development of civil education to study the investment adjusting policy on American private education and legal matters on it.
