摘要
传统上,研究者们一直将赫尔巴特当作"教师中心论"、杜威作为"儿童中心论"的对立双方来比较,打破二元对立的思维定势,我们可以发现两人师生观的共性特点:不同程度地重视学生个性和兴趣的培养和发展;肯定教师在教育教学中的重要地位和作用;认为尊重和爱是构建良好师生关系的基础。
Researchers always regard Herbart as the delegate of "teacher centre", Dewey as the delegate of "children centre", and traditionally contrast their views. Breaking this opposite thought, we will discover the common points of their views of relationship between teachers and students: Training and developing students' personality and interesting on different degree; Affirming teachers' important status and function in teaching activity; believing that respect and love are the foundation to structure fine teacher-student relations.
