走向凡人的德育是道德教育发展的必然趋势。那么,什么是凡人德育?凡人德育拥有哪些特征?如何在平时的日常生活中实施凡人德育?这些都是无法回避的问题。本文通过对凡人德育中心内涵——"相对道德优势"的分析,通过对与其相对的圣人德育的内涵进行对比,指出其所内含的先"义"后"利"的标准以及得出凡人德育的特征。最后,结合其特征推论出如何在日常生活中实施凡人的德育。

Walking to ordinary people＇s morality is an inevitable trend of moral development. Therefore, what are ordinary people＇s moral education？ What are the characteristics of them？ And how to put them into practice become a in dire need of problem to be resolved . These problems are inevitable. This article analyses the main connotation of ordinary people＇s moral education--＂the relative advantage of morality＂,through the opposite side of Saints Morality, the author points out the standard hidden them： ＂justice＂ first ,＂benefit＂ second, and their characters. Finally, combined with their characters, the author educes how to put them into practice in ordinary life.
