摘要
教师评价是维系和提高教师素质的一项重要手段,然而我国当下的相关机制亟待完善。鉴于此,文章试以英国中小学教师评价机制的发展及现况作为讨论对象,运用文献查阅法与文件分析法,分别从其目的、标准、方式等六大基本方面进行探析,以期为我国相关改革的深化及路径选择提供思路。
Teacher evaluation is a signicant approach to maintaining and enhancing teachers' quality, however, effective mechanism in point in our country has not been constructed yet. In regard to this, this paper tries to study the historical development and practices of teacher evaluation system for schoolteachers in the UK, in terms of the aims, criteria, methods, etc. using methods of literaturereferring and documentary, with a view to providing some useful advice on the deepening of the reforms and the choices of the approach in point.
