摘要
教师培训是教师专业发展的重要手段,在现实的教师培训中,往往重视教师培训的工具价值追求而忽视理性价值追求,使培训出现严重偏差。重视教师价值理性培训,构建体现人文精神的教师培训体系。从而促使教师人权观、知识观、专业观全面和谐发展。
Teacher training is an important means of teacher professional development, in reality, teacher training neglect the pursuit of rational values to make the training a serious error. Rational value attaches great importance to teacher training, humanities embody the spirit of building a training system for teachers,which promotes teacher's human rights, knowledge, and professional view harmonious development.
