摘要
编制无损检测工艺的目的是检测结果可靠性的重要保证。检测的闸板的基体由1Cr13钢和表面喷焊高CrNi合金两种材料组成,当分别用磁力检测和渗透检测两种检测工艺进行检测时,评定结果截然不同。原因是两种检测方法所适用的检测对象有所差异。因此当对新工件进行表面检测时,应对该工件的生产过程进行详细了解,由于工件的材质、形状、尺寸及表面状态对操作方法的影响,建议使用两种表面方法,互相比对,以制定出正确的检测工艺。
The preparation of non-destructive testing technology is designed to ensure reliable test results. The flashboard matrix was composed of two materials by 1Cr13 steel and CrNi alloy-surface sprayed, when separately in accordance with detected process both the magnetic detection and penetration testing, the evaluation of the results is different. The reason is that the two detection methods apply to different detect object. When detecting the new workpiece surface, we should understand the production process of the new workpiece. Due to the impact of the workpiece matal shape, size and status of the surface, it is suggested to use two ways at the same time and contrast the result, determining the ultimate detection method, formulating the correct detection process.
