胰岛素检测在预防诊断冠心病中的作用

Insulin Detection During Prevention of Coronary Artery Disease

目的探讨血胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感性,在预防、诊断冠心病中的应用。方法对78例无糖尿病史的冠心病患者和50例健康对照者进行空腹血糖(GLU)、胰岛素(INS)测定,并计算胰岛素敏感指数In[1/(GLU×INS)]。其中,GLU使用氧化酶法,INS使用双抗体夹心法。结果患者组与对照组比较,GLU无显著性差异(P>0.05),血INS显著增高(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性明显下降(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者存在着高胰岛素血症和胰岛素敏感性下降,检测胰岛素水平在预防控制及诊断冠心病中有重要价值。

Objective To discuss the blood insulin level and insulin sensitivity during prevention and diagnosis of CHD.Methods 78 cases of CHD patient without diabetes and 50 cases healthy adults were compared and were detected with GLU of oxidase,INS of DAB and In.Results The INS of patient group was increased obviously but Glu and In decreased compared with healthy group P＆lt;0.05.Conclusion The CHD patient might have hyperinsulinemia and low In so that detection of insulin level might play an important role to prevent CHD.
