摘要
新中国成立前后,中国共产党根据中国国情加强工会组织建设,创建了具有中国特色的工会组织系统,并在这一过程中取得了执政党进行工会组织建设的经验教训,具有重要意义。
Around new China,according to China s national conditions,the Communist Party of China strengthened the labor union organization,created labor union organization system with Chinese characteristics,and obtained the experience and lessons in this process that the Party in power carried on labor union organization building,which had important meaning.
