在新的禁吸戒毒框架下对昆明市美沙酮维持治疗现状的思考

Under the New Framework of Narcotics-Control,The Think to Present Situation of Methadone Maintenance Treatment in Kunming

大量证据显示,美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)是控制吸毒人群毒品滥用和HIV传播的有效措施。《禁毒法》出台后,在新的禁吸戒毒框架下昆明市美沙酮维持治疗工作出现了新特点、新问题。本文从昆明市美沙酮维持治疗现状入手,重点分析、讨论了美沙酮维持治疗工作中影响美沙酮门诊入组、脱失因素,从而为如何促进、完善昆明市美沙酮社区维持治疗工作提供可借鉴、可操作性建议。

Ample evidences suggest that methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） is effective to reduce and/or eliminate the use of heroin as well as to reduce the transmission of HIV among heroin users. After the promulgating of the Law Against Drug Abuse, the work of MMT in Kunming appears new features and troubles. This paper discusses the present situation of MMT in Kunming, focusing on the associated factors such as MMT enrollment, leaving during treatment. So the research results of the paper can provide the reference and operability suggestions for how to perfect the work of MMT in Kunming.
