摘要
城中村是快速城镇化进程中出现的特有现象。作为城市中的"异质体",城中村在人口构成、文化环境、建筑居住、生活方式、行政管理等方面与周边城市社区有着明显差异,往往成为城市中诸多不稳定、不安定因素的收容地,沦为城市中易受罪犯侵扰的"脆弱地带"。城中村作为城市犯罪空间盲区所具有的空间特质是城中村城市犯罪的防控策略构建的依据,即:以"人"为出发点的犯罪防控策略;以"空间"为出发点的防控策略。
＂The village inside city＂ is peculiar to urbanization. As the ＂ heteroplasmon＂ in city, these villages are not fit in city for reasons ranging from population structure, cultural surroundings, housing residence, and life style to administrative management and so on. As a result, a great number of unstable and unsafe factors exist in the city, which makes villages ＂ fragile zones＂. The characteristics of spatial blind area in the village provide the base to the re- search on crimes in the village inside city, namely crime prevention based on ＂ people＂ and ＂ space＂ as well.
