罗丹明B-Fe^(2+)-H_2O_2光度法测定两种中药抗氧化活性

摘要 目的研究生首乌和当归两种中药的抗氧化活性。方法采用Fenton反应产生可使罗丹明B的吸光度发生变化的羟基自由基,加入中药的水提物可部分清除溶液中的羟基自由基,通过测定加入中药前后吸光度差值(ΔA值)的变化测定中药的抗氧化活性。结果两种中药的水提物对羟基自由基的清除率分别为59.2%和52.5%。结论生首乌与当归的水提物均有较好的抗氧化活性。 Objective To evaluate the antioxidation activities of two Chinese herbs, polygonum muhiflorum and Angelica sinensis. Methods The Fenton reaction was adopted for producing hydroxyl free radicals, which could change Rhodamine B light absorbance. Water- soluble extracts added the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs could remove hydroxyl radicals in solution. The antioxidation activity was detecting by monitor- ing the change (AA value) before and after adding the traditional Chinese medicinal herbal extracts. Results Using this indirect method for monitoring the antioxidation activities, the water-soluble extracts of these two herbs had better antioxidation activities, in which the removing rate of hydroxyl free radicals was 59.2% and 52.5% respectively. Conclusion Po|ygonum muhiflorum and the aqueous extract of angelica sinensis have good antioxidant activity.
