摘要 目的建立红景天中酪萨维含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),检测波长为270nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL/min。结果酪萨维进样量在5.2~52μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.60%,RSD=1.54%(n=6)。结论所建立的HPLC法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于红景天药材的质量控制。 Objective To establish a determination method of rosavin in Rhodiola rosea by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used with the Kromasil C18 column(150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of CH^OH-H20(50:50) and the detective wavelength was at 270 nm. The column temperature was room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The good linear correlation existed in the range of 5.2-52 μg of rosavin( r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 98.60% and RSD= 1.54% (n=6). Conclusion The established method of HPLC is simple and precise with reliable results, high specificity and better reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of medicinal materia] Rhodiola rosea.
