摘要
针对平果铝矿大块分布特点,从保护格筛,节约能源出发,对USG—5型履带式液压碎石机主参数的调节控制进行了理论分析。现场生产实践验证,文章中建立的数学模型及关系曲线是正确的。本文对该结构类型碎石机的正确使用具有重要的指导意义。
According to the distributing characteristics of large fragments of ore in Pingguo bauxite mine,in consideration of the protection of grizzly and the saving of energy,a theoretical analysis of the adjusting control of main parameters of Model USG 5 crawled hydraulic rock breaker was made.The practice has proved that the mathematical model and the dependence curve defined in this paper are correct.This paper is of instructive importance to the correct use of rock breakers with this constructional configuration.
