摘要
根据电收尘器的工作原理和工艺特点,介绍了在电收尘器控制系统中应用可编程控制技术的软、硬件设计。可编程控制技术可针对不同的电火花条件,改变高压整流装置的输出电压,以保持适中的火花率,从而使收尘器的收尘效率达到最佳。
In combination with the working principle and technical features of electric dust precipitator,the description of the design of both software and hardware which the programmable control technology is used for the control system of electric dust precipitator is made.According to various conditions of electric spark,the programmable control technology can be used to chang the output voltage of the high voltage rectifier unit to keep the spark rate moderate and make the efficiency of dust precipitating be optimal.
