摘要
用经济效益、技术效益、社会效益作为高校横向科研课题的评价标准，并对高校横向科研课题的管理进行了讨论，认为应从选题立项、过程管理、总结推广、后续跟踪等环节加强管理。
The author puts forward that the economic,technical and social results are used as an appraisal standard of the scientific research projects supported by enterprises and undertook by colleges & universities,and makes a discussion on the management of these projects.In order to ensure the project hitting the prospective tarket,the work such as project selection,process management,summing up popularization and following up service etc should be strengthened
