摘要
针对西藏扎布耶碳酸盐型盐湖两个系列卤水进行了快速加热提锂实验研究,通过实验发现所用卤水集中析锂的温度应在25℃以上;卤水加热温度在40℃~60℃范围时,得到品位达到80%以上的Li2CO3混盐,此时卤水中Li^+析出率可达到40%~50%。说明该方法用于碳酸盐型盐湖卤水提锂是可行的。
We focused on Tibet, department of zabuye carbonate salt lake two classes conducted a rapid heating brine extration experimental study of lithium. The experiments show that it would he better to heat tb, e brine above 25 ℃. Lithium carbonate products of more than 80% taste can be obtained from brines when they were heated to 40 ℃ - 60 ℃ range. At this point brine lithi- um - ion precipitation rates were up to 40% - 50%. The experiment results proved that it is possi- ble to use the method to extraction lithium from carbonate - type salt lake brine.
