摘要
1994年我国开始了足球职业化进程,在16年来的改革过程中,职业足球的运行环境不甚理想,导致各种矛盾和冲突频繁发生。以"光谷退赛事件"为线分析职业足球在制度建设、"准入制"内容的确立和程序应用等方面存在的缺陷和不足,并提出对策和建议,以期对我国职业足球未来全方位建设提供有益帮助。
In 1994 our country started the process of soccer professionalism, during its 16 year reform, its running conditions are less than satisfactory and consequently conflicts and disputes arise frequently. This paper took ＂ withdrawing from Guanggu event＂ as an example, analyzed deficiencies of the professional soccer in system construction, the content formulation of the access system and in application; finally, proposed countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to help the omni-directional construction of our professional soccer.
