摘要
伺服系统是数控机床故障率较高的部分,本文结合实际工作中数控机床的故障现象,分析了几种伺服系统常见故障的原因及对故障现象的判断,并提出了有针对性的修理措施,从而总结出了数控机床伺服系统故障问题的解决思路及处理办法,对数控工程技术人员有一定的参考指导意义.
CNC machine tool servo system is part of a high failure rate,the paper analysed several kinds common faults of the servo system,gave the targeted measures,summed up the CNC machine tool servo system failure problems,and it has certain guiding significance to numerical control engineers and technicians.
