超声诊断在妇产科急诊中临床应用价值的探讨

目的超声诊断在妇产科急诊中临床应用价值的探讨。方法对常见妇产科急腹症的超声检查的探讨,重点观察子宫、盆腔情况,观察盆腔内有无包块、积液,宫内有无妊娠囊,盆腔内有无异位的妊娠囊,中期妊娠观察胎盘位置,有无胎盘剥离等情况结合临床做出正确诊断。结果超声检查对妇产科常见急腹症中的异位妊娠、急性盆腔炎、不全流产、胎盘前置、胎盘早剥等能做出正确的诊断。结论超声诊断是妇产科急诊工作中极为适用的检查方法,超声诊断是妇产科急诊的首选检查方法。

Results Uhrasonography of Obstetrics and Gynecology common acute abdomen in the ectopic pregnancy, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, incomplete abortion, pre-placenta, placental abruption, and so can make a correct diagnosis. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of emergency obstetrics and gynecology is very applicable to the work of inspection methods, emergency obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound diagnosis is the preferred method.
