摘要
在高碱条件下对云浮某含砷铅锌矿进行了分选试验。用乙硫氮为捕收剂、ZnSO4和Na2SO3为抑制剂优先选铅,然后以CuSO4为活化剂用乙硫氮选锌,闭路试验获得了含Pb63.13%、回收率98.85%的铅精矿和含Zn49.46%、回收率91.34%的锌精矿。该工艺已投入生产。
Arsenic lead-zinc ore in Yunfu, Guangdong Province was experimentally separated under condition of high basicity. With sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate as collector and ZnSO 4+Na 2SO 4 as depressant, lead selective flotation and then zinc flotation with CuSO 4 as activator and sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate as collecter. Lead concentrate with 63.13%Pb, 98.85% of recovery and zinc concentrate with 49.46%Zn, 91.34% of recovery were respectively obtained in the closed circuit experiment. The technology has been come into production.
