锤式破碎机锤头动力学仿真与参数选择 被引量:9

Dynamic emulation and parameters selection for the hammer of a hammer crusher

摘要 通过分析锤式破碎机锤头在受矿石冲击后的运动和受力状况,建立了锤头的动力学微分方程;利用数值仿真方法,设计了上述非线性微分方程的求解程序。并以某厂现有的锤式破碎机为例,进行仿真与分析,得到了锤头的运动轨迹曲线,讨论了锤头最大偏角、残余偏角与稳定性等问题。针对其中出现的一些不利情况,提出了改进方案。 The dynamic differetial equations of the hammer of a hammer crusher are established in this paper by analyzingthe motion and the born force condition after it is impacted by minerals. The solution program of the above-mentioned nonlinear differential equations are designed by the method of numerical emulation.Taking the real hammer crusher of a factory as an example, the moving trace curve of the hammer is gotten and the maximum declinationangle, remains angle and tbe stability are discussed througb emulating and analyzing. Some improved measures are suggested to betterthe unfavourable state emerged in the experiment,The emulation results show that the characteristics of the improved system are obviously improved
