The paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of free compulsory education policy in rural areas in Guangdong Province, focusing the negative influence on schools , teachers and students resuited from the implementation , such as the shortage of expense in schools, the management of students is getting more difficult, the decrease of teachers＇ income, and there＇s still no remarkable improvement on school drop --out.
