摘要
大学内部"自主管理"问题一直是高等教育研究中的焦点。而大学能否真正实现自主办学并不仅仅取决于大学本身的诉求,更与独特的大学理念、大学所依存的政治与法律文化背景以及大学独立资金的来源有着密切的的关系。本文结合发达国家大学自主管理的历史和现实经验,从三个方面对确立大学自主管理的前提条件和保障基础进行了比较性的探索,以其对中国大学未来自主管理的发展有所启发。
The ＂university Autonomy＂ has been the focal point question in the higher education research.But fulfilling university autonomy is not only decided by university＇s demand, also has the close relations with the unique spirit of university autonomy, the social and cultural background of higher education as well as the university independent ＇s funds. Based tonomy in the developed country, this article has the foundation to university autonomy from three on the history and reality experience of university aucarried on the relativity study on the prerequisite and aspects. These experiences can provide references for management＇s reform in Chinese universities.
