职业教育“半工半读”及其制度的解读 被引量:6

摘要 "半工半读"与职业教育有着天然的联系。我国职教界对这个概念的理解比较混乱。正确解读它对于中国职业教育办学模式的研究至关重要。所谓职业教育的半工半读,从广义上说,是指存在于职业教育中的"既工作又学习"或"既学习又工作"的教育形式、学习形式或教育制度。在中国,理想的"职业教育半工半读制度"应是指职业教育机构实施"半工半读"教育所应遵循的一系列制度和规范的总和。历史地看问题,在近现代,"半工半读教育制度"的本质是企业教育文化与社会教育文化的一种融合。这种融合不仅有利于职业教育制度的完善和职业教育功能的发挥,而且有利于国家教育体系的自我完善和自我发展。 There is an inherent relation between "part-work and part-study" and vocational education. In China's vocational education sectors, there are different explanations to the conception. It is most important to understand them correctly for the study of school-running patterns of China's vocational education. In a broad sense, the so-called "part-work and part-study" means one kind of educational form or one kind of study form, or one kind of educational system with "part-work and part-study" or "part-study and part-work". In China, the ideal "part-work and part-study vocational educational system" should be defined as the sum of the systems and regulations which vocational educational institutions should follow in implementing "part-work and part-study" vocational education. From a vision of history, in modern times, the substance of "part-work and part-study educational system" is the integration of enterprise education culture and school education culture. The integration not only benefits improvement of vocational education system and its functions, but also contributes to self-perfection and self-development of the state education system.
