摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,美国的教师教育以医务与法律界职业专业化的道路为模式,提高了专业门槛,并采取了一系列加强教师教育实践性的措施。本文以美国伊利诺伊州立大学为例,从微观层面透视美国教师教育专业的实践性倾向,以期对我国师范教育改革有所启示。
Since 1980s, the teacher education takes medicine and law specialization as a model, in USA, which promotes prefession level, adopts a series of measures of cnhancing the practical orientation of teader education. Based on a documentary study of the teacher education program at Illinois State University in the U. S. , this article looks into the practical orientation in teacher preparation in the United States. In particular, it investigates the rationale and strategies at program level in developing preservice teachers' practical knowledge, skills and dispositions. It is hoped that the experiences drawn from this particular case in the U.S. will throw light on the program--level reform at home.
