个人隐性知识的形成特征对隐性知识转移和分享的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于个人禀赋、个人活动以及活动的情景3个基本维度对个人隐性知识的形成特征进行了分析,从转移关系的构建、转移条件和方式等6个方面阐述了隐性知识的不同特征对其转移的影响;并进一步分析了隐性知识的不同特征——通过选择"自己人"以及在非官方活动进行分享,来实现知识的积累和价值创造;研究显示,构建非官方的组织学习机制,鼓励非官方的活动的深入、持续开展,是不断丰富组织的隐性知识库,增强组织不可模仿的竞争优势的重要保障. Based on three dimensions of personal natures, individuation activities and context, this paper analyzes the formation characteristics of personal tacit knowledge and expounds the major conditions and manners of transferring and sharing which are affected by the formation characteristics of personal tacit knowledge. It implies that what building informal organizational learning and prompting unofficial activities are important mechanisms for enriching organizational knowledge repository and to intensify competitive advantage.
