摘要
基于国产对位芳纶与Kevlar的SEM形貌、强伸性能、表面性能、微分热力学、DTG等所进行的实验分析,研究了定伸长、集束、加热等条件对纤维强伸性能的影响,得出国产对位芳纶纤维、Kelvar纤维的SEM形貌、强伸性能及表面摩擦性能差异,拟合了纤维集束、加热温度与强伸性能的关系,求出与Kevlar同等载荷的集束根数等结果,能为国产对位芳纶纤维开发及产品研制提供参考.
Based on the analysis of the SEM morphology, the mightiness, strength and elongation performance, the surface performance, the differential thermodynamics and DTG of the homemade para-position Aramid and Kevlar, this article has a research on the influence which was made to the fiber strength and elongation properties of the condition such as the elongation in set, cluster heating and so on. And then the discrepancy of the homemade para-position Aramid and Kevlar on SEM morphology, stretch properties and surface friction performance are obtained, the the relation of fiber bundles, heating temperature and strength and elongation properties are fitted out. Meanwhile the cluster number on the same load as Kevlar is also obtained. All the conclusions above can make referance to the exploition and new products development of homegrown contrapuntal aramid fiber.
