摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并急性胰腺炎诊断和治疗特点。方法回顾分析2004年1月～2008年12月诊断和治疗的妊娠合并急性胰腺炎7例的临床资料。结果重症胰腺炎并发胰性脑病1例,水肿型胰腺炎6例。7例均痊愈,5例剖宫产新生儿成活,足月儿4例,早产儿2例,1例死胎。结论及时迅速诊断妊娠合并急性胰腺炎并合理治疗,适时终止妊娠,可确保母婴安全。
Objective：To explore the characteristics in diagnosis and therapy of acute pancreatitis accompanied with pregnancy.Methods：Seven cases of acute pancreatitis,who were hospitalized from January 2004 to December 2008,were analyzed retrospectively.Result：One case of severe acute pancreatitis accompanied with pancreatic encephalopathy,six cases of mild acute pancreatitis.All of these patients were cured,5 neontaes were healthy after caesarean operation,2 pretern birth,1 case of fetal death.Conclusion：The successful treatment of acute pancreatitis accompanied with pregnancy depends on the early diagnosis,proper therapy and ending the pregnancy in time.The proper treatment is pivotal to make the mother and neonate in safe.
