单分散顺磁性镍纳米空心球的合成

Synthesization of Paramagnetic Monodisperse Nickel Hollow Nanospheres

摘要 利用SiO2纳米球为模板,通过水解、还原方法成功制备了内径为320nm的镍空心球.利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的物相、形貌进行分析.结果表明:制备的镍纳米空心球尺寸均匀、形状统一,所得空心球的几何外形和表面形貌均较好;比表面积测试及吸附脱附等温线显示样品具有较大的比表面积并存在介孔结构;物理性能测试仪(PPMS)分析了它的磁性能,发现该纳米空心球是顺磁性材料. Utilizing SiO2 template,we successfully prepared nickel hollow nanospheres with inner diameter of 320 nm through hydroxylation and reduction method.The component and morphology of nanospheres are characterized by XRD,TEM and SEM.The results indicate that uniform Ni spheres can be formed with ideal shape and surface morphology through a facile synthetic method.Specific surface area measurement and adsorption-desorption isotherm reveal that the hollow spheres possess large specific surface area and mesoporous structure.The magnetic properties of Ni hollow nanospheres are characterized by PPMS.It is found that Ni hollow nanospheres belong to a paramagnetic material.
