山西省四市(县)医务人员艾滋病防治知识健康教育效果评价

The Effect of Health Education of the Knowledge on Prevention and Treatment of AIDS Among Medical Staff from four Cities(Counties) of SHAN XI Province

目的了解医务人员艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,评价艾滋病防治知识健康教育效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷对医护人员艾滋病相关知识宣教前后的调查,进行效果评价。结果艾滋病相关知识知晓情况健康教育前平均为(20.12±2.28)分,健康教育后平均为(20.77±4.04)分,(t=6.417,P<0.01);对典型问题回答正确率干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同职称、不同执业范围医务人员干预前后得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预前后典型问题回答差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对医务人员开展多种形式艾滋病健康教育效果明显,应进一步加强对此项工作的督导落实。

OBJECTIVE To suvey the mastering of knowledge on prevention and treatment of AIDS among medical staff and evaluate the effect of health education on them. METHODS Suvey among medical staff was performed by self-designed questionnaires before and after education, then evaluated the effect of health education. RESULTS The mean score before education was 20.12 ± 2.28;The mean score after education was 20.77 ± 4.04. There were significant differences between them （t= 6. 417, P〈0.01）. In view of each typical problem,Significantly statistic differences had been found between before and after education（P〈0.01）. Among medical workers with different professional title, signficantly statistic differences bad been found between before and after intervention （P〈 0.01）. In view of each typical problem significantly statistic differences had also been found between before and after education （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSIONS It is obviously effective to conduct health education of AIDS in all kinds of forms among medical workers. And this work should be further strengthened and implemented.
