抑郁症患者与焦虑症患者认知功能的对照研究

A comparative study of cognitive dysfunction between depression and anxiety

目的:探讨抑郁症患者认知功能水平及其影响因素。方法:对31例焦虑症患者、30例抑郁患者进行威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)的对照研究,同时对抑郁症患者进行事件相关电位(P_(300))的测定和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)的调查。结果:焦虑症与抑郁症患者组年龄有统计学差异;WCST测验中,抑郁症组总测验次数明显大于焦虑症组;抑郁症患者的P_(300)的N_1潜伏期与EPQ的分值呈负相关,P_3潜伏期与N分值呈正相关。结论:焦虑症患者与抑郁症患者的认知功能受损程度不同,抑郁症患者的认知功能损害较焦虑症患者为重,抑郁症患者人格特征与P_(300)电位变化存在一定相关性。

Objective： To compare cognitive dysfunction among depression and anxiety, and assess the effect of personality on cognitive dysfunction in depression. Methods： 31 Anxiety patients and 30 depression patients were studied with Wisconsin card sorting test, Meantime, the depression patients were examined with event - related potential（P300） and EPQ. Results： The age of anxiety patients were older than the depression patients. The score of total trail with WCST in depression patients were higher than the Anxiety patients＇. The positive correlations was negative correlation between P3 latent period and N. Conclusion： The cognitive dysfunction in patients with depression is worse than that in patients with anxiety. Personality charac- teristics are related to the P300 potential changes in patients with depression.
