多层螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉壁内血肿中的应用

Diagnosis of aortic intramural hematoma with 16 multi-slice spiral CT angiography

目的:探讨16层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像对诊断主动脉壁内血肿(AIH)的价值。方法:对12例疑为主动脉病变的患者进行16层螺旋CT平扫及血管成像,应用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重建(VR)等后处理方法显示壁内血肿及穿透溃疡。结果:12例均诊断为AIH,其中,A型2例、B型10例,4例AIH伴主动脉穿通溃疡(PAV)。结论:MSCT可直接观察到病变程度及累及范围,能为主动脉壁内血肿的诊断、治疗提供重要帮助。

Objective： To value the role of multi - slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of AIH. Methods： 12 patients who suspected of aortic disease were performed with conventional CT and CTA with 16- multislice spiral CT. The multiplanar reconstruction （MPR）, maximum intensity projection （MIP） and volume rendering （VR） were recruited to delineate the penetrating ulcers and intramural hematoma.Results： 12 patients with AIH wet confirmed, 10 of 12 AIH were type B. 4 patients with IMH were found to be caused by aortic penetrating unlcer.Conclusion： MSCT can play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of aortic intramural hematoma.
