多层螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉壁内血肿中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像对诊断主动脉壁内血肿(AIH)的价值。方法:对12例疑为主动脉病变的患者进行16层螺旋CT平扫及血管成像,应用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重建(VR)等后处理方法显示壁内血肿及穿透溃疡。结果:12例均诊断为AIH,其中,A型2例、B型10例,4例AIH伴主动脉穿通溃疡(PAV)。结论:MSCT可直接观察到病变程度及累及范围,能为主动脉壁内血肿的诊断、治疗提供重要帮助。 Objective: To value the role of multi - slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of AIH. Methods: 12 patients who suspected of aortic disease were performed with conventional CT and CTA with 16- multislice spiral CT. The multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) were recruited to delineate the penetrating ulcers and intramural hematoma.Results: 12 patients with AIH wet confirmed, 10 of 12 AIH were type B. 4 patients with IMH were found to be caused by aortic penetrating unlcer.Conclusion: MSCT can play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of aortic intramural hematoma.
