Analysis on Trends and Reasons of the Conflictions in the External Environment for Power Grid Construction

为了缓解电网建设外部环境冲突,构建和谐电网,从社会关注度、投诉率、上诉率3个指标的变化情况对电网建设外部环境中的冲突矛盾演变趋势及其客观原因进行了量化分析,并给出相应的减少电网建设过程中的冲突的措施。

Aiming at alleviating conflicts in the external environment for power grid construction and building a harmonious power grid, the paper quantitatively analyzes the inconsistent conflict lrend and its objective reasons in terms of the degree of soeial concern and focus, complaint rates and appeal rates. Based upon the in-depth analysis, it comes up with some constructive and effective measures to migrate the potential conflicts in the power grid construction.
