乌金峡水电站厂房混凝土施工期温度仿真计算研究

摘要 通过运用有限元软件ansys和三维有限元温控主体程序RCTS相结合的方法,对乌金峡水电站厂房2号机组坝段采用两种温控方案(保温和不保温)进行混凝土施工期温度仿真计算,并将两种方案的理论计算结果与实测温度值进行了比较。通过对两种方案比较,得出表面观测点受外界气温的影响比较大;混凝土的水化热温升直接影响混凝土温度的峰值;在2008年2月份时段通过采取保温措施,该时段混凝土最低温度可增加10℃左右。通过对计算值和实测值比较,得出计算值与实测值基本吻合,计算成果与实测值变化规律一致,从而为确定混凝土施工中的温控措施提供了一定的理论依据。 With the combinative method, combining software ANSYS and three-dimensional finite element main program of RCTS, the simulations were carried out for temperature control of the concrete construction period of No.2 unit in Wujinxia Hydropower Station. The simulations were conducted under the insulation and non-insulation conditions respectively. Then the comparison was carried out between the computed result and observed temperature in the Wujinxia powerhouse. It was shown by comparing the results that firstly, the air temperature outside the powerhouse had a greater impact on the surface observation points; secondly the temperature peak was affected by temperature rise, which was caused by hydration heat of the concrete. Insulation measures were adopted in Feb. 2008, the lowest temperature of the concrete increased around 10℃.And it was shown by comparing analysis between the computed result and observed temperature of Wujinxia powerhouse that the variation law for calculated temperature at observation points were basically in accord with the measured value, which might provide some theoretical basis for the temperature control of concrete construction.
