广西北部湾经济区制度创新的若干思考

广西北部湾经济区是国家设立的第七个综合配套改革试验区,目前广西北部湾经济区的发展在区域行政区划体制、产权制度、土地制度以及投融资体制等方面面临诸多约束,据此简要分析这些约束形成的原因,并提出针对性的建议。

The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is the seventh country to establish comprehensive reform experimental area, at present the northern Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi＇s development at the regional administrative division system, property rights systems, land systems and other aspects of investment and financing system facing many constraints, thus this article a brief analysis of the reasons for the formation of these constraints and put forward specific recommendations.
