襄樊市无机化工总厂在将硫酸装置从40kt/a改造为80kt/a过程中,以节能为中心思想,正确选择主鼓风机、空气鼓风机,改造和利用老设备,合理选择第Ⅰ换热器的气体走向,收到了节约材料,降低阻力和减少电耗的效果。
In the expansion of the sulphuric acid unit from 40kt/a to 80kt/a through energy-saving retrofit in Xiangfan Main Inorganic Chemical Plant, materials of construction were saved and pressure drops and electric power requirment were decreased by selecting suitable main and air blowers, modifing and utilizing existing equipment, and altering gas passage through I heat exchanger.
