摘要
应用两相流的水模拟试验方法,研究了浇注系统中横浇道的结构形式对其集渣效果的影响。试验结果表明,结构简单的横浇道是实现集渣的基础,而横浇道的末端长度及结构形式是提高浇注系统集渣效果的关键,采用特殊结构如渣集包、断面变化以求提高集渣效果不明显,设计不当还会产生相当的副作用。
In this paper,by means of application of hydro simulating method of two phase fluid,effect of runer structure on drag collection was discussed. The trial results show that a runer with simple structure is the base of drag collection, and the end length and strucutre of runner is the key to improving effect of drag collecting. It is pointed out in the paper that a gate with a special structure has little effect on raising the effectiveness of drag collecting of gating system. On the other hand,it will make some trouble to collecting drag if design not properly. As the result, some ways have been put forward to improve the effect of drag collecting of a gate in the paper.
